I'm not an expert on exact semen flavors by any account of the word, but chemistry is simpler. The body, being geared towards procreation, makes semen out of whatever it can get its hands on, so what the guy eats makes a big difference. One of the supposably bad tasting parts is the same chemical that gives rotting flesh its smell (wonderfull huh?). The supposably good tasting parts come from sugars and citric acids and other fruit components. Eating fats, grease and meats will increase the bad parts.
