Yeah, you've had Italian, Czech, Jamaican, Taiwanese, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and dirty knees, look at these... But have you ever had Klingon? (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0671000225/104-9653322-1451101?v=glance)

I've been to some trek themed parties, and hosted a few myself. Also I have eaten at Quark's bar in Las Vegas more times than I can count.

Ah. Do you own the Star Trek cookbook, you just figured them out or you got them from a different source?
Have any ideas for my Novel Foods thread?

I don't own the book myself, but one of the parties I went to had some dishes from there. It was so long ago (and I was so completely hammered) that I don't remember whether there were any klingon dishes, actually.

No, but we did do your dry ice thing in several of the drinks. They do that at Quark's, also.

One of the Starfleet Officers asked my friend if she was an alien or whether her hair was due to a transporter malfunction. :giggle:

That's not you in the center is it? Doesn't look like your profile photo.
Whoa, that guy with the green hair looks remarkably like one of my friends! The face, not the green hair. It can't be him though, he'd never dye his hair.

No, I'm not in the photo. I think I took it.

And I presume your friend is not a female.

Other than the dry-ice-in-drinks thing, though, did Quark's have anything that was Klingon? If so I musta missed it on the menu :(

Quark's was more about making cutesy-trekkie names for human food than creating actual space-ethnic food. The Wrap of Khan, Tribble Tenders (tastes like chicken!), Hamborger, etc. I don't remember the names of the Klingon dishes (except Bloodwine, of course), but I bet there isn't a Klingon on earth who would turn down an order of Tribble Tenders.

Aren't Quark's ribs Klingon, too? Klingon Kabobs?

:giggle: It is entirely possible.

It really can't be him then! Unless he's had a sex change as well...
