These days "geek" is "in" -- it's someone in the know about computers and technical and other stuff. "Nerd" is still "out" -- the people with the pocket-protectors, the too-short pants and the wrong white socks, or the thick glasses, the too-long dress and the hush puppies with ankle socks.

You guys just can't post a thread called "Pr0n and You," leave it on the fringe of the portal page, and expect old fuddy=duddy me to realize WHAT you're actually talking about!!! I don't do/don't know l33t 5p3ak!! (and my vision is far too gone to see the tiny, tiny "sexuality" forum marker down there!)

Aaagghh! be kind to nerds, folks, I don't need no steenkin' trouble! :D

I don't think l33t is really a nerd or geek thing, I think it's a youth thing. Actually I have no idea what I'm talking about. Everything I know about it comes from watching lisarea, and I don't think she's younger than me.

If I knew what it meant, I might guess you've been pwned by giving out that marvelous fuddy=duddy reaction! When I first saw the term online, I thought anyone who used pr0n prolly ain't old enough to know what they are lookin' at, anyway.
