Art of programming lesson #12 (or wherever we've got to): what the user moans about is not necessarily the real problem. What she asks for is not necessarily what she wants.

You can have lots of categories now, as precise and meaningful as you wish them to be. The "real problem" was that smilies were hard to find ... and hey ... we've fixed that! :cool:
