My current contract runs out January 2006, I have to move, it was always the plan.
Been looking today and it will be unlikely that I can afford to move anywhere where I can keep Bounce, so I have already had to arrange a new home for him. I've cried my eyes out.
Totally crazy, the arrangements I've made are temporary, and all of a sudden an amazing idea hit me not 5 minutes ago, Key workers accommodation.
For all those not in the UK, it's a scheme to help get keyworkers (NHS employees, police, teachers, emergency services and even social workers) on the housing ladder. Now I'm not keen on the whole scheme as they buy a percentage of the house and you buy a percentage then you pay a mortgage and rent (I need to check with my dad about that), but they also own houses and flats that you can rent ... If I can get one of their places they may just let me have Bounce.
So in any case I'm moving and loosing my dog. Guess this will get updated as things happen.
