Well... Y'see, MonC... There is this unreasonable discrimination against adding discomonkey to the smiley horde here fomented by liv herself. She denigrates discomonkey as some kind of substandard smiley. I personally don't see it myself. I think it's a travesty that discomonkey is shunned, excluded, discriminated against and generally spat upon by the likes of this Crumb...the smiley poll despot.

If you cannot understand why such an engaging little smiley would be excluded then you might want to join the movement. ManM introduced discomonkey and disparate posters here have taken up his cause, including vm himself (in his own inimitable way). We are from all walks of cyberposting and we invite you to join us in demanding justice for discomonkey and his rapid induction into the :ff: smiley horde.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the process, but if you really want to find (say)the three most popular wildcards from the whole hoard, then you already have them (the first three places from the first wildcard poll.)

You may have missed it at the end of Wildcard I, but any which finished with 10 or more votes in Wildcard I and Wildcard II (excepting the top vote getters, who become champions) will compete in Wildcard III (meaning no nominations for Wildcard III).

You may have missed it at the end of Wildcard I, but...
Is that a satisfactory system cep? One of the reasons why I wanted to do it this way was to give more smilies a chance at a vote. I know that the first wild card was not necessarily the best of the bunch. This is to make you guys reach a little bit and maybe we will nominate some better smilies. Then we have wildcard III to give the runners up in both groups another chance.
