I'm talking with The Lone Ranger in chat right now. It turns out, he definitely knew my father. Yeah. He knew my father about 15 years ago. WTF. How goddamn random is that? He was a student/night security guard at Guilford college in the late 80s, when my father worked maintenance at nights there.
It is quite likely that he and I met at some point years ago.

Ah, memories!

ChuckF's dad was a neat guy, and still is, I'm sure. He and I would hang out and chat when neither of us had anything pressing to do. He struck me as a very honorable man who took his duties quite seriously, but was nonetheless a very laid-back kinda guy who didn't take himself too seriously.
