There are a few here who have questioned my posting behavior. Here is an example of how my threads go - I open with a serious subject - in this case taxes - and only get nonsense in response. Read this up to and including post #8. (After that, I'll start stomping the midgets.) So critics, stop reversing it and saying it's me that creates these threads - it's just the opposite.

I'd guess that's because almost anyone here who has ever attempted to engage you in any kind of rational discussion or debate is so thoroughly underwhelmed by the inevitable guffawing and insults that result when whatever dumb rightwing sputum you've regurgitated has been unequivocally debunked that they don't really bother trying anymore.

No. I've seen you start the pissing contest more than once, and I've seen you do it in threads that were otherwise engaging discussion.

In the end, if you have arguments, you can present them, and most readers will ignore the unattached flames. If you start flaming back, though, you can't shuffle the blame off to someone else.

Isn't that supposed to be a big thing for conservatives? Accountability? None of this crap about blaming society. Your posts, your decision. You decided to flame. That's okay; it's not against the rules, or anything. But it's your decision, and no one else's decision controls you. Ahem. I have as of yet stayed out of the whole alphamale fray, being new and not wanting to get involved in all the shit flying around. But since this is the only thing people seem to be posting to, and because I'm getting pretty fucking sick of lurking through millions of threads consisting of flaming, I feel compelled to attempt at participation.
I'm just wondering, why are we all playing his game? For my part I rarely find anything he posts particularly interesting or insightful, so it's usually a desire to counter the right-wing propaganda he redistributes, cheap (very) entertainment or because he something he said just plain old pissed me off and I respond off the cuff. Besides, in the daytime and early evening his posts border on the sane. I'm guessing he doesn't bust out the crack pipe until 9ish, typically. :giggle:
