I don't remember a whole lot about God's Debris except that I found it overly simplistic and I was disappointed by the ending. I have no intention of reading the sequel, The Religion War (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0740747886/002-6509417-3772063) unless someone else reads it first and tells me it's worth it (and possibly sends me their copy when they're finished).

Scott Adams as in Dilbert Scott Adams? What's the book about?

What do you expect...? Scott Adams thinks that if you write something down enough times, it will come true.

God's Debris was Adams' first non-Dilbert book, and I am too lazy to look up the sinopsis so I'll tell you what of it I remember. He called it a 'thought-experiment' and it was about some delivery kid who delivers some package to some old guy in a rocking chair and the old guy chatting him up about god or the nature of the universe or something. He had a few cool points like 'what challenges an omnipotent being' or some shit, but in the end ...

The Internet is god. <gag>

Huh. Well, that definitely sounds retarded. I think I'll pass.

We have a spoiler code hack. ;)
