My regular girl is hatin' me for lusting after her new little sister, but DAMN...

I *lurve* it. Want it so bad, but to trade in would up my payment which isn't doable right now... maybe next year though. *sigh*
Cant'cha just see me in it? Huh? :D (But in their "Hyper Blue", not that weirdass red-orange color).

I guess it depends on what level of dream.
I have a dream car I have wanted, of a type. The Honda S2000
The Volvo S60-R is another car I consider a dream style of car. We have that too.
Then, the truck (98 Dakota). Maybe not a dream, but a stick-shift V-8.
For top level dreams, new cars, I would say the Mercedes SL65 AMG.
The new BMW M5 (not for looks, but for running the Nuremberg in a little over 8 minutes, and a 500 horse V-10)
Dodge Ram SRT-10
The new GR-1
Actually, they now sell the full shell body of a 1969 camero, so you can basically build and all-new car. That would be fun.
What is the new BMW motorcycle? The K 1200 S? I can't remember now, a new bike, tourer, looks pretty darn cool.
Oh heck, the list goes on and on, I can't even remember them all. How about one of everything? (except for the Chevette, didn't like that car, no no no).

(and if I ever get divorced, Lauri, I can get you one of those cars, no problem, how about 2?).

My current dream car is a Honda Accord Euro (http://www.rsportscars.com/eng/cars/accord_euro-r.asp):

If money was no object though, then maybe a Dodge Viper (http://www.car-forums.com/car_specs/spec7.html):

1968 Cadillac Eldorado, candy apple red, white leather softtop and interior. The Eldo is my shepherd. I shall not want.

Can. Yummy. I can see me in it too. How much do those things go for in the US?For the ragtop? Somewhere in the neighborhood of $21.5-25K US depending on whether it's supercharged or not. However, it's no Yugo.

Nothing is a Yugo warren ;)
Scotty, where'd you see that 69 Camro body kit? My dad can build cars...maye when I get to 'Bammy he can build me a Camaro. The '69 doesn't have the kick ass nose of the 70 1/2, but it would do me fine.

Speaking of Yugos, does anyone remember Trabants? The East German national car.
After reunification, this East German burgher decides he'll take a trip into the west and celebrate his new freedom. So he cranks it up, and a few hours later finds himself in a small West German town. He stops at a service station, and to test out the supposed lack of shortages in the west, asks the attendant, "I vant a new vindscreen viper for my Trabant. Can you help me, ja?" (except in German). The attendant looks worried. "Vell, I don't know, I vill have to speak to ze manager." He goes away, and after quite a while comes back with the manager. "So," says the manager, "you vant a new vindscreen viper for your Trabant?" "Ja, bitte," says the East German. The manager pauses, stares at the car, and finally says "OK. It's a deal."

I had the pleasure of riding in a Trabant once. It was 1991, backwoods Hungary, and I swear to God that thing was made of cardboard.

I owned one of my dream cars and recently sold it because I could not afford the money or time to get it running again. Getting it running was only the first of many things it needed done to get it to dream car status.

I like that topless mini, too. I had no idea of the cost; it seems pretty reasonable if warren is in the ball park. I know longer have a particular dream car in mind, but I do have my "dream set" of vehicles.
I'm thinking:
pickup
small AWD SUV/Wagon (Outback, Lexus RX, Infinity FX, etc.)
convertible 2-seater
naked street bike
I've got the first and last, though I need to sell the bike since I shouldn't ride it anymore. One of these days I'll trade in my car and start for numbers 2 & 3.

he told me he once ran into one on his bicycle and put the bicycle wheel through the car door.

when it comes to dream cars I am all about american muscle.
cudas, chargers, camaros, chevelles.
the ultimate would be a
hemi charger.
I want one so bad. Shitty gas mileage and insane insurance are the biggest problems.

Dodge Magnum (rear wheel drive isn't practical for me)You do know they are going to make an all-wheel drive option available, don't you? I dont' know if it will be available with the Hemi V-8, it is supposed to be the same as Mercedes-Benz 4-matic. That would be way cool.
I'm actually thinking of changing dream cars since I heard the other day that Daimler-Chrysler is coming out with a Crossfire SRT-6 (http://www.caranddriver.com/article.asp?section_id=3&article_id=8311) with 330 horsepower. If the car will do 150 mph with 230 horsepower, how fast will it be? According to that article, 154 governor limited mph. Gotta like that 1/4 mile of 13.5 seconds and 37 seconds to 150 mph and its incredibly short stopping distance. How can it do that? Only weighs 3220 pounds.
http://www.caradisiac.com/media/images/le_mag/mag162/gnv04_chrysler_srt_1.jpg
But... if I'm dreaming, I might also want the new Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 425 hp Hemi V-8.
