Although I'm a bit amused by what I posted last night (whether I remembered it or not), I'm also a bit embarrassed. So, sorry for making an ass out of myself.

Anyways, I think I tried to say at one point that I was celebrating more than liv's and warren's birthdays...yesterday afternoon, I made a major breakthrough on a research idea that I've been working on for an embarrasingly long amount of time.

Well, just thought I'd drop by to let you people know that I didn't die of alcohol poisoning, despite having consumed about half a liter of Jim Beam.

It's amazing what 12 hours of sleep can do!

Glad to see all is well. Be sure to chug water all day. :)

Always good to know you're not choking on your own vomit. :)

Have to admit your posts were amusing, though. Wanna rub some of that inspiration off on me? I could use an epiphany...

Hehehe. I hope you're feeling up to snuff soon, Goliath - your posts gave me the first good laughs of the day. :)

Jim Beam? Last night you called it Jack Beam. Jim Beam? Gaah, aftershave! It's a wonder you have any brain cells left that aren't screaming in pain.

It's a great feeling when that light bulb suddenly comes on, isn't it? Congrats.

I think he was drinking aftershave and rubbing Jim Beam on his chin.

Don't worry about your rep, Goliath. There are plenty of debauched people here like me who live in glass houses (although your performance will be difficult to top :D ).

My only worry was that we were going to lose Liv prematurely last night because of her head exploding.

Yep, I've drank plenty of water (even though that damn cough is still as persistent as ever) and somehow I managed to avoid vomiting, despite the fact that I somehow found a bucket and managed to drag it over to the bed before falling unconscious.

LOL...did I call it Jack Beam? Oh well, at least you found some bits and pieces of my posts readable, warren!

Rub what?--oh, nevermind...

Well, I wish I knew what to tell ya...the problem I was working on required the construction of a certain function, but the construction needed to be done delicately. It was just one simple observation (that, as you said, wade, made the lightbulb turn on) that gave me the idea of how to proceed.

What?! Suicide bombers have attacked Liv's head!?

By the way, go see Team America: World Police...if you can, go see a sneak preview like I did earlier tonight. :yup:

The rock song that starts blasting out as soon as Team America goes out on their missions cannot be missed...I almost think it should be the new National Anthem. :D

Goliath,

Congrats on the breakthrough.

Last night I couldn't quite believe it was you making those posts. I had to keep looking up at your avatar to check to make sure it was you. It was quite amusing. It was nice to see you so relaxed.
