I dunno, man. That's pretty cold. :shudder: We do have several suicidal fellows in the hoard and I was already conflicted about uploading them.

Jeez. And I thought suggesting :haldol: might be a little cold.

I vote for a Kill Yourself smilie :yup:

Some people would be better off taking the big dirt nap.

See, this is sad: :angst:
The /yourself dude is mean, but no meaner than the actual violent smileys. Besides, its all in the use. With so many insults hurled around here in silly ways (you cunts!), I can definitely see a use for /yourself that would not involve malice.

or it could involve malice :hellyes:

I wouldn't use it, myself. I always thought the whole "go do [x violent act] to yourself" to be the last resort for somebody who was too apoplectic or otherwise mentally compromised to come up with a good insult in a flamewar. After all, is anybody who managed to get to you that badly really going to comply with such a suggestion?

I certainly never have any of the numerous times it was suggested to me.

You know the little kid who keeps saying "I know you are, but what am I?"? Or the one who repeats everything you say as you're saying it? Or the one who won't stop touching you? That's what I think would make a good smilies. :yup:

I feel the opposite in that clever retorts are wasted on some who have not the intelligence or sense of humour to 'get it'

The /yourself it pretty is all they deserve of your (my) time. :yup:

This is actually how I saw it used on another forum. Someone was trolling, and in the middle of the flamefest, someone posted up that little fellow. It gave me a little chuckle, which is why I had to post it here.

Oh, and Sock Puppet... Go stick yourself in the wash with some blue jeans.

Okay, that I can see. Sort of like one of my stock responses:

"Is ad hom all you've got?"
"Ad hom's all you're worth."

Oh, and Sock Puppet... Go stick yourself in the wash with some blue jeans.
Now that sounds intriguing. Riveting, even.
