Please forgive me if this has been covered before. While looking for an online book, I ran across Project Gutenberg's Distributed Proofreaders (http://www.pgdp.net/c/default.php) page. Basically, you sign up to help proofread books that are being digitized for the internet. Here's their FAQ page (http://www.pgdp.net/c/faq/faq_central.php).
