Thanks, you guys! I'm off to work now, but my boyfriend's family baked me a cake, so I have that to look forward to. :D

And yeah, I've been dating again. I know a lot of people view it as weird and soon, but it's been working out so far, so I have no regrets about it. He's been wonderfully supportive, sympathetic, and caring, and makes living here in NC more bearable than it would otherwise be.

I think it is good you are dating again. Dating again now isn't going to tarnish what you had with Allan. Your new guy better be treating you right though. He'd be in for a barrel :whup: if he doesn't.
