change your clothes in the average day?
Just curious because it seems I have started doing it much more often that I used to. (Especially with the dress code at work and what not.)
Poll forthcoming.

Does putting them on in the first place count? [/nekkid sleeper]

Ordinarily it's just out of night attire, into day attire, into night attire.
However, if I'm off doing something Army related, it can be out of night attire, into day attire, into uniform, into day attire, into night attire.

Yup. That would be 1 a day if that is all you do.

Usually just the once for me but then I work from home all the time at the moment.
If I'm going into the office, then I'll change into something more comfortable when I get home. :eyebrow:

Yup. That would be 1 a day if that is all you do.Damn, I mis-voted then. What does 0 mean, in the poll? Someone who sleeps in his clothes and changes them less often on average than every two days? They'd be a rarity among the internet-connected community, I expect.

Once, most days, twice if I go swimming, maybe more if I do sweaty dirty outdoor work around the ranchette.

0 was just me being silly, but I guess it would be someone who changes less than once a day.

Well, I get up in my jockey shorts, put my clothes on, then take them off in the evening. Is that one change or two?

Wake up, change into work clothes (1).
Work, come home, change into home clothes (2).
Get ready for bed, go to sleep. This isn't as much a change as it is shedding of change #2.

I said 2, but it could be much more if I mow the lawn or other outdoor sweaty activities or go swimming. But it's usually
1 - lounge around the house clothes
and
2 - go to work or out 'n' about clothes

I change just like TomJoe. I know this is true because I've watched him do it.

I voted for '2'. Mostly putting on pajamas in the morning and then normal clothes during the day. Occasionally more if I wear something different in the evenings, usually if I change shirts after work.
Now just footware, that would be four or five times. slippers, engineer boots, work boots, engineer boots and then combat boots if I leave home in the evenings after work. The work boots are engineer style as well, but cheap.

Ooo shoes. There's another poll right there.
I supose 3, on average, if we're counting getting dressed in the first place as a change. Get up, put on work clothes (1), come home, put on home clothes(2), and it's unusual for a day to pass where I don't workout, or mow the lawn, or something, that would necessitate a third change (3) out of sweaty clothes.

1. Work-clothes, and 'comfy Home-clothes', are often the same.
2. My *ice :D skating* clothes
3. Gardening-(grungy) clothes.
4. Bd-suit (lol), for sleep.
Annie
I usually put on jammy/lounge clothes when I get up, and later clean up and get dressed, so two, not counting yard clothes when I mow.
Shoes? None if I'm home all day, 'rafting' shoes when I go out. Flip flops when I mow (it's a rider).
I change in the morning into goin' off clothes. Then I change when I get home so that they do not get messed up while cleaning. Then I'll change back into my goin off clothes to conversate with neighbors, cuz my cleanin' clothes are grunge at best and probably fit for a bum. After that, I change into my night clothes and I am done. If I am depressed, I'll just wear the same thing all day long until I shower at night. So one depressed day I only change once.

- Throw on lounging clothes in the morning.
- Change into work clothes around noonish.
- Revert to lounging clothes after work.
- Strip at bedtime.
Three, I suppose.

Only once, unless we go out for a walk after work. My work clothes are comfy enough :)

It depends upon the day's activities.
If I'm at home gardening, I'll dress to garden and then, when I go out, I'll change into something less grubby. Depending upon how much time I have upon return, I'll either change back to the grubbies, or into my jammie-bottoms and slippers.
A normal workday is to arise, cleanse and then dress in clothing acceptable for work. Usually, upon arriving home after work, I'll dress down into something more comfortable....the said jammie-bottoms and slippers. Teeshirts almost at all times I'm dressed.

1) Hop out of bed and put on walking clothes.
2) Get ready for work and put on office clothes.
3) Get home from work and don lounge wear.
Get nekkid and go to bed. [/TMI]
