I've decided to dye my hair to look more European next year. Any tips? What colour should I dye my hair? How to dye to have hair very naturally European?
O, specifically my goal is to look more English. Perhaps Oliver Twist-ish (Barney Clark perhaps).
Btw, Twisty is one of my most favourite heroes and books of all time.

You need to dye it a mousey-brown then, for the Oliver Twist look:

Don't forget to wear tattered and torn clothing. Oh and carry a half empty bowl of gruel around with you.

Multiple citizenships, as said, but Oriental is the nationality.
I consider myself worldly nationality - citizen of the world.

Blue eyes will go a long way toward "European look". Colored contacts, maybe?
With regards hair, the mousey brown is probably most common, but blonde tones, reddish brown, or all-out red also qualify.

All true.
I should have said ethnicity rather than nationality, Philosophy. However, if you have blue eyes with very pale skin and look Oriental, I don't think you should change a thing. Sounds very intriguing.

Hmm, they change colours. Right now they're green like this face: :D
A beer bottle in one hand, a flag for your favorite footy team in the other, and trying to fight with anyone who looks at you funny would go much further to look european than any hair dye. :)
Race is actually important in hair dying as different races are easier or harder to dye. For example, (IIRC) the coarse jet black asian hair can be a major pain to bleach and generally requires harsher chemicals or more time than european hair of the same level darkness.

That depends on the rest of your face. Truly! Some people suit long hair better and others suit short hair better. Colourwise, with blue/green eyes you would normally expect a lighter colour hair. However, for a more startling effect, very dark hair looks good with blue/green eyes.

For British-looking hair, I'd just recommend smearing some Crisco or something in it.

Please, Asian people, please please please do not attempt to bleach your beautiful shiny dark hair. It always looks awful -- like all the colors of horrible '70s interior decor.
