Crumb

Hopefully, 10 random smilies will help, Crumb.

:skater: :buttercp: :livpope: :ettu: :lion: :edit: :sierraleone: :driving: :sweaty:

Oh, and one of these. :bigglomp:

That's a very boring way to die. (I mean Crumb's post, not Lees who crossposted with me).

Can't you think of something interesting to do/watch/listen to/read?

Crumb
06-09-2006, 11:07 PM
That helps a little Lees, thanks.

It would help more if there was a story to go with.

ceptimus

You could join me in chat.

ETA: Oops. Not from work I guess.

We could've helped you with the boredom, but were you in chat? NO! :blame:

Crumb
06-09-2006, 11:09 PM
Sorry Lees. :gromp:

It's an oldie.

ceptimus

It's the biker riding underneath the finish tape.

Indeed. Sock and Legs and I were twiddling our thumbs in chat, hoping someone in need of entertainment would drop by, yet where were you?

Crumb

Oops, I forgot the "can't chat from work" bit. My net activities are curtailed by a filter here, but for some reason, chat is allowed.

Adam
06-09-2006, 11:12 PM
Probably because it just runs on port 80, so they can't distinguish it from any other website.

Crumb

Take a trip to the restroom and do #3.

/me tries to raise Crumb's interest (and envy) by revealing that he is busy downloading lots of music, video, talking books and photos into his new Zen M that arrived today (it's sort of an iPod thing, but not from Apple).

Crumb

Legs

Gosh Crumb, don't even joke about it after justaman

You are not allowed to die of anything. No one is :glare:

So stop being a pussy and watch this :juggle:

Crumb
06-09-2006, 11:22 PM
Oh come on. You weren't fooled.

Your juggler is broken.

Legs
06-09-2006, 11:23 PM
You are!

ceptimus
06-09-2006, 11:23 PM
How much cep?Do you mean capacity (30GB) or cost (about 300 of your dollars) or something else in which case I will try to answer.

Crumb
06-09-2006, 11:24 PM
Oh now he works, and please don't call me a pussy.

Crumb
06-09-2006, 11:26 PM
Do you mean capacity (30GB) or cost (about 300 of your dollars) or something else in which case I will try to answer.
I meant cost. That sounds pretty good. I don't know if one of those would be worth the money for me though.

I don't understand how you could be bored

You could play a game in the arcade :pacman: :pacpinky: :inky:

You could go to the gallery and view the Bare Witch Project :lookporn:

You could read Legs' Daily :reporter:

You could post on the count down thread :teacher:

You could add a recipe to the Food and Drink forum :chef:

You could dig up Leesifer's old limerick thread and get it going again :shakespeare:

So many things you can do here at :ff:

Leesifer
06-09-2006, 11:40 PM

I meant cost. That sounds pretty good. I don't know if one of those would be worth the money for me though.I put off buying one for a long time, but I'm glad I finally took the plunge. It's a really cool gadget. I thought it was better (for me) than an iPod. You can rip all music and Videos to it without having to pay for that iTunes stuff, and it also has a built in radio and voice recorder, or you can record from the radio.

Plus it sets you apart from all the sheeple who bought iPods. :pleased:

Heresy! The iPod is a sort of Zen. Not the other way round.

That's really what I'd be going for.

Thanks for the laundry list Legs. I think I can live for 45 more minutes.

Legs

Well, you could also add to the "Dance" thread :robothrust: that should buy you some more time.

Crumb
06-10-2006, 12:39 AM
I don't do the dance thread.

You're such a prude, Crumb. A fap a day keeps the boredom away.

Crumb

Not in a public restroom, thanks.

Ok, whatever. How about in your private, sensory deprivation-inducing cubical? That's what they were invented for, you know.
