You can call me godfry...you don't really need to append the "n. glad" portion. That's mostly there for clarification, anyway. I do prefer that others use the lower case g on godfry, because I am not free of just one god, but all, including the one whose followers insist is properly spelled with a capital g. To me, he's just another claimant. So what if he's not particularly innovative on the name thing, right?

'Course, you could just go to calling me 'old goat', as seems to be the current favorite. Whatever strikes your fancy. Just keep it consistant, as I'm not really too swift.

A preacher's son, eh? That's the worst kind.

I hung out with a deacon's son when I was but a young man. He was a proper hellion that taught me the ropes of deviant anti-authoritarianism, not to mention some of the mysteries of the feminine world. To this day, I'm thankful for his thoughtful training. I, of course, met him in the Boy Scout troop that was sponsored by his father's church (Methodist...'coffee and donut christians').
