The night seems quite short after the long day. And the search for any evidence of nighttime mafia deeds is even shorter.

The body of beyelzu is impossible to miss, pinned to a tree in the town square by a vicious-looking wooden stake driven right through the chest. Further examination of the body reveals a number of bruises consistent with a pistol-whipping — clearly the work of the mafia — but nobody has any idea why they chose to finish him off in a manner usually reserved for vampires.

A search of his thoroughly boring apartment fails to shed any light on the issue. beyelzu was clearly just a townie.

Because, you know... How does impaling work exactly? Surely it's from the bottom up. I suppose it could go through the taint. :chin:

That was the Babylonian method, IIRC. In through the bunghole, and preferably out through the mouth. Made for an impressive display.

The game in which I was quicklynched :D I'm without a doubt that at least one of the people who voted quickly together to lynch me while I was asleep without a chance to defend myself was mafia.
