One high note was when the late night host discussed Donald Trump's absurd thin-skinned tweet about Saturday Night Live last weekend. The Trumpster complained about how unfair the show was to him, and demanded "Equal time for us!"

Huh?

Here's what Trump does not understand. "You're going to be president. That's the guy that everyone makes fun of," Colbert explained. "If you wanted to be the one everyone loves, you should have run for ice cream man. In fact, that's the perfect job for someone who can dish it out, but not take it."

For real. I wonder if the press will end up cowed or go into attack mode. There was a long period after 9/11 where I felt the press really was intimidated of the administration. I wonder if this is different.

I've read that Trump has already skipped most of his scheduled security briefings. Apparently, the details of governing just don't interest him.

As such, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it someday comes out that he was given fake nuclear codes. I mean, would you trust such a person with the ability to launch nuclear weapons?

So??? It reminds me of the liberal criticisms of most conservatives, they are stating all the things they think the conservatives will do, and I say what's wrong with that. I'm saying that what the liberals are saying is wrong with conservatives, is what I say is right with what they want to do.
