Every so often, when reading about this, my step grandpa Doc pops into my mind. He was a smart surgeon who went to military college, would always have politics on TV and was a fan of Newt Gingrich. As a kid it always seemed like he was staying informed, but now I know he was being conned.

Which generation, as it ages, can collectively resist the con-artists?
I wonder how Gen alpha (or whatever post Gen Z is called) will handle things growing up in a world where deepfakes are the norm.
