Well, killing is one thing or fistfights but
there is a scene of torture, which I generally find more discomforting than just killings per se.
I can handle that, but I would probably avoid most things considered "body horror". Particularly if that's, like, the main genre. Like Black Swan was fine...
But yeah, the scene with the chicken only goes for like less than a minute. Then you're in the clear.
