I dislike fresh tomatos, but sundried can be good, and mashed up and made into sauce is great of course. Salsa, pasta sauce, tomato-based soups, BBQ sauce (tomato based, but I like vinegar based as well), ketchup, etc. are all wonderful things.
Tomato jam is not particularly good either, but I've only seen it once.
So yeah, I'm sure I could go out and find a lot of recipes that use fresh tomatos in them to contribute to this thread.
But I won't.
