OH yeah, we're going a couple steps better on that front. Not just metal screens of sufficient teeth-proof hardness, but braced from the inside so the bastards can't push them in and get around them that way.
My guy is on the hook for 2 years and I'm going to hold him to it aggressively if there are any signs of weakness. I'm gonna be like a survivalist gun nut, but just against the invasion from the
ratones. If anything crops up in that time, I can address it and stay all impregnable and shit. At least for the crawl space, I've got a shiny new 10 mil vapor barrier, so any disturbance will show up like a neon sign as long as I'm arsed to actually look.
