If the Fox News folks wanted to make Trump follow a liberal agenda, they probably could get him to do it.
They can defend Trump on the Russia stuff, and then segue into how the ACA is really a Republican idea and we should expand it and Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan are betraying Trump, etc. etc. Trump would tweet out how it's unfair Obama gets credit for Republican ideas and we need more ACA, not less - except this time we'll do it right because Trump is better than Obama.
