The author of the Wonkette piece posited a plausible explanation, namely that Kanye watched the documentary titled
13th and didn't understand a goddamn bit of it. I believe that "didn't understand a goddamn bit of it" should be chiseled into the marble floor of the entryway to the Trump Presidential Library.
