No worries. I think the game is pretty much over now. After my next move (below) it will take me two more moves to 'escape' my remaining piece. You still need four moves to escape yours, so I think I've won.
This game didn't seem to have much of the strategic interest that one reads about on the web - I suppose that's because neither of us really tried to block the other player very much - we mainly just got on with moving our pieces towards the finishing line.
Maybe future games (if any) will be more interesting.
