Ha ha. That stuff does look awesome.
So question: Think it'd work with fish tacos? I'd normally just do a regular cabbage slaw, but that sounds so good, and I'm already thinking about fish tacos really hard. It seems like a shoo-in for the fish, but would it be dissonant with corn tortillas? Like, just the fish and the slaw, with maybe some rooster sauce instead of salsa?
