I don't understand the first one - or if I do then it must be wrong.
According to Wikipedia there's only 30 grams of Francium (Fr) in the whole Earth's crust at any given time: it's radioactive and decays away quickly and is only slowly produced by the radioactive decay of other elements.
Astatine (At) is even rarer.
