[Thumpalumpacus]

I registered a couple of centuries ago, but haven't posted very much at all.

I'm a musician and writer from Texas -- born in Dallas, living outside of Weird a/k/a Austin -- who helps to manage a nature preserve to put bread on the table. I lived in Iran for four years in my youth, spent too many goddamned years in California.

I'm an agnostic atheist who is probably more ornery than is good for me.

I skipped playing an open mic to post this here, so I hope it's worth it.
