Boxer Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, age 76. Infamously, Carter was imprisoned for a murder for which he was not guilty for nearly twenty years, even after several key witnesses recanted. The injustice was the subject of a song by Bob Dylan (unfortunately, I can't find the studio version on YouTube).
