Flo has been offering thoughts and prayers for school shooting victims and the survivors and kin for years. It's what Republicans tell me to do.
Recently I changed tactics. I prayed to Jesus and asked, "Jesus, will you please use your omni-super-duper powers to personally intercede and prevent all future school shootings before they happen?"
To my utter amazement, Jesus answered my prayers!
Unfortunately, his answer was "no."
