I woke up this morning with some sort of nasty stomach bug. I am shooting massive amounts of water and waste material out of both ends. Also I have a headache and extreme abdominal pain. I can't keep anything down, not even tylenol. Hooray! The irony is that I actually had a doc appointment this morning (well woman visit) and I had to cancel it cuz there was no way I was even going to be able to haul my ass to the car, much less across town to the clinic. That'll learn me to skip the flu shot.

I've been at it for 10 hours now. When I had this in the past, it lasted for the traditional 24, but this time is not nearly as bad so here's hoping that gets cut short. All I want to do is sleep, but I can't grab more than about 30 minutes of shuteye at a time before the pain or the need to poop wakes me up, and the minutes I get are pretty listless anyway.
