Welp. DC is reseting every single one of it's 52 titles back to issue number one all at once.
I used to wonder why ex-readers were so cynical about this sort of thing, now I know. Suddenly everyone's origin story is going to be redone. Even Action Comics and Detective Comics, which have been running from the start and are over 900 issues are all of a sudden on their first issue. Forget that Dick Grayson is Batman, I guess it never happened, Nightwing is back. Really it's fucked up that they would betray their current readership just to make things marketable to a new audience, but I suppose this isn't a new thing.
