Here's an attractive checkmate from one of my own games, with every major piece I had working together. From the position given below, it's Black to move and mate in three.
Don't cheat!
Solutions:
1. ... Qh1+
2. Ke2 d3+
3. Rxd3 Rxf2#
This one is rather kludgy and ugly, but for the sake of completeness:
1. ... d3
2. Qf5+ Rxf5
And now all of White's legal moves lead to mate in 1, e.g. Re2 Qxe2#, Rxd3 Qxf2#, exf5 Qh1#, and so on.
There's also another less ugly mate in 3.
1. ... Qh1+
2. Ke2 Re3+
3. fxe3 Qf1#
The FEN for this position is:
2k2r2/ppp1n2Q/2p5/2b5/3pP3/2P2qrP/PP1R1P2/RNB2K2
