I had another fine example of our
stupidwonderful users this morning.
3/12 -- I email this fellow some simple instructions on how to resolve his problem. No answer back.
3/13 -- I leave voicemail. No return call.
Today I send him another email asking him if the instructions I sent earlier resolved the issue, as as this is the 3rd attempt at contact I close his ticket as per SOP.
Not 5 minutes after this ticket closes he calls the service desk back, not me despite the fact that my direct number is in my signature. So he's been receiving my messages, just ignoring them. His only saving grace was that he apparently was not an asshole, just wanted to note that the problem has not been resolved.
Hey buddy, how about you reply directly to any of the 3 notices I gave you rather than bother the service desk again.
