There's two ways to do that actually - "ninjaflex" flexible filament, or printing a mold which you fill with silicone or oogoo or something. I'd try the latter, just because it'd yield a solid object not built out of layers.
Ordinarily I have a policy of not spending a lot of time 3d-printing stuff available for pennies each, but man, Home Hardware charges like a buck each for o-rings which is crazy.
The secret size for gardena quick-connects is 9mm wide / 3mm diameter, apparently.
