The Doomsday Clock currently sits at
two and a half minutes to midnight, the closest it's ever been since the '50s. Tangerine Trujillo, according to the scientists who run the Clock, is a primary reason for this. This is also historically unprecedented in that it's the first time the statements of a single world leader have been cause to move the clock's position closer to midnight.
"Two and a Half Minutes to Midnight" isn't quite as catchy as the Iron Maiden song.
