Near and post-singularity AIs will use strong encryption all the time so we have no idea what they're doing. Or how many of them there are.
Unless, of course, they develop idioglossia among each other and don't even notice that we are communicating.
Which leads me to assume that they will have unresolved theories about whether biological intelligence is possible.
