Pumpkin cheesecake is on the way....
So we cut up one of the biggest pumpkins first. Some things that were different from normal jack-o-lantern pumpkins: 1) the walls were thicker 2) there was therefore less pulp and seeds 3) it smelled of watermelon!
That was pretty cool.

It's all done now and cooling before I scrape out the pulp. Hoping to get a cheesecake done by bedtime so it's ready for tomorrow
