I'm sure he has totally *reasonable* reasons for going out of his way to shoot a clearly unarmed naked guy. Probably looked at him funny and the cops were like 'Yeah you had to shoot him! Enjoy the rest of your day sir.'
It's a bit sad when I'm impressed that the paper didn't speculate on what possible new designer drug he must have been on to be out running naked.
