I remember watching one of their technical evangelists give this long-winded 20 minute wind-up speech about how this application was going to revolutionize the internet, and how you've never seen anything like it before, the greatest productivity booster since the invention of the spreadsheet, etc. etc.
Google should focus less on marketing hype and focus more on getting the user experience right. |
I actually think gWave would have done fine if they had integrated it with email. Otherwise it was useless unless everyone you know was using it.
