So libertarians tend to me more educated(people with a college degree) and have mixed opinion about international relationship ,stop and frisk etc since they are individual free thinkers and not a monolith block but they have a consistent opinion about the proper role of the government in both the economics side(less taxes and regulations) and social (against the war on drugs and pro-gay)
