Recently a poll was released saying that Reagan was ranked as the best president since WWII and Obama was the worst.
This poll means
a lot less than the media are pretending it does for a lot of reasons. First of all, the incumbent president nearly always ranks at or near the top of the "worst presidents" list in polls like these. Secondly, Republicans tended to vote in lock-step while Democrats split their votes:
