I so detest the medical forms that say "Have you
ever______.
Seriously....can't they at least limit it to the last 5 years or
less unless it's something like chicken pox that leaves a virus in you for life or major surgeries?
But nooooooo....Instead it's like have you EVER experienced or are now experiencing a rash?
Would that be a possible diaper rash 54 years ago or are you more interested in the poison ivy rash I got in the 1980s?
Cough?
Diarrhea?
Stomach pain?
Sore muscles?
Muscle cramps?
Itchy skin?
Dizziness?
etc...
Anybody older than 10 NOT had these happen multiple times??!!1!!
