FWIW neither am I, it's just that I recently discovered that I can reduce some of my anxiety if I don't keep everyday tasks like "flea treatment for the cat" or "get the recycling out" mulling over in the back of my brain. Much better to put a note into my phone as soon as I think of something, then forget about it until some device goes "ding!"
