The Michigan Supreme Court
ruled today that a proposed referendum to repeal the emergency manager law does indeed get to go on the November ballot. Some fake grassroots but real wingnut group objected to the referendum on account of the type size. One Republican voted with the Court's three Democrats, which generated a 4-3 majority in favor letting the referendum go to the voters.
