Yeah, I should have done some pull quotes or found a less hyperbolic headline. I think I had something on the go and just wanted to post that at the time.
My main takeaway from this looks like a Bizarro World civil rights act, but I'm a foreigner with a strong sense of federalist. The whole state's rights thing feels very alien.
Semi-related, that whole Roe v Wade thing is a case of federal law superseding state law if I understand that correctly. Gonna be interesting to see which states see an uptick in coat hanger sales once this SCOTUS gets done with it.
