Default Re: Let's talk Venezuela and US intervention

Credit to Kosmos Uzuki on Twitter for the reminder:
August 2014: Ukraine condemns 'direct invasion' as Russian aid convoy crosses border
Aug 2014: U.S. says Russia must pull convoy from Ukraine or face more sanctions
What? Aid convoys put together by political opponents aren't always really aid convoys, and that the actual legitimate aid organizations won't have anything to do with them is a clear sign of this?
Today: Trump adviser Bolton cancels trip to South Korea to focus on Venezuela: spokesman
Quote:
Bolton decided to stay in Washington to focus on events unfolding in Venezuela, where the military faces a pivotal decision on whether to allow in convoys of humanitarian aid, Marquis said.
Quote:
Trump’s special envoy to Venezuela and right-wing hawk, Elliott Abrams, is leading a U.S. delegation traveling by military aircraft to the Colombian border, supposedly to help deliver the aid. The United Nations, the Red Cross and other relief organizations have refused to work with the U.S. on delivering that aid to Venezuela, which they say is politically motivated. We speak with Venezuelan sociologist Edgardo Lander, a member of the Citizen’s Platform in Defense of the Constitution. “This certainly is not humanitarian aid, and it’s not oriented with any humanitarian aims,” Lander says. “This is clearly a coup carried out by the United States government with its allies, with the Lima Group and the extreme right wing in Venezuela.”
There's a huge push for violence to break out as a provocation/justification tomorrow, Sat 23; the USand opposition intending to force the USAID "humanitarian aid" into Venezuela- with no distribution plan, no coordination with real aid agencies.

This is theater for fake justifications for "Humanitarian intervention" next.
Andrew McCabe claims Trump wanted war in Venezuela because “they have all that oil”
