You're over there in Angleand with your socialism and your free health care so you wouldn't know anything about the boostrapping exceptionalism that built America into the great and independent nation of bootstrapping exceptional individuals. This is supposed to appeal to the people who think the government can't do anything right or the government is only out to oppress people and that also the private sector can do everything and anything better and cheaper and more comprehensively than the government.
